Conditions of Competition Entry

By entering this competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.

1. Night ‘n Day and Pacific Optics Limited Employees and Family members are not eligible for Entry.

2. Promotions is between 26 November 2018 to 28 February 2019.

3. You must live in New Zealand to enter. Winners will be drawn within one week of the prize draw closing date and notified by email or phone.

4. Winner names will be posted at www.paclink.co.nz

5. Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of competition closing.

6. Entries received by 11:00 pm on the closing date are eligible for prize draw. Any and all entries received after this time will not be considered.

7. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Prizes may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

9. By participating in this competition you agree to participate in any editorial activities relating to the competition (this may include being interviewed or photographed) without being entitled to any appearance fee.

10. This competition may be altered, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.

11. Pacific Optics Ltd. is not liable in any way for any loss or damages including direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages and attorney’s fees that may arise in connection with this to the fullest extend allowed by law.
